Do you provide consultation services and products for large
events?
Yes! We are dedicated to personal
service for all of our clients whether your are an
individual or an event planner. Please call us at 202-328-1935.
What is the shelf life of your products?
You can enjoy our products
for up to three months of optimal freshness. Just store at
room temperature. No need to refrigerate!
What
is your shipping policy?
We ship via FedEx. We will provide you
with a tracking number.
Warm Weather: During the warm months or if shipping to a warm
destination; we require a minimum of 2-day shipping with ice packs. We
are only insured to replace breakage; not melting.
Why can’t
I order directly from your website?
Since each order is unique and made in micro batches; we prefer a
more personal
approach when working with clients. We want you to be thrilled
with your order! We encourage you to email or call us with your
requirements and questions so that we may provide you with the best
possible service.
Do you deliver?
Orders are available for pick up at our DC location
or shipped via FedEx.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We happily accept all major credit
cards. No personal checks,
please. Larger orders may require a deposit.
What about food allergies?
We cannot guarantee against minute traces
of nuts and lactose.
